My role: Solo practice project (work in progress)

Timeline: 6 weeks

Tools used:

  • Museums today face a digital gap. While many people are eager to engage with art and culture, the traditional museum experience often doesn’t match their expectations or lifestyles. Visitors, especially busy professionals, teachers, and parents struggle with:

    • Scattered and outdated information across different platforms

    • Long queues and complicated ticket booking processes

    • A lack of engaging, interactive experiences, especially for younger audiences

    • No easy way to personalize visits or stay updated on new events

These issues can make museum visits feel inconvenient, uninspiring, or inaccessible, especially in a world where people are used to quick, smart digital solutions.

  • MUZEO was created as a flexible, digital-first solution that reimagines how people interact with museums. Designed as both a responsive website and a dedicated mobile app, it meets users where they are—on any device, at any moment. The platform enables fast and intuitive ticket booking for individuals, families, and school groups, and delivers personalized notifications and exhibition recommendations based on user interests.

Beyond logistics, MUZEO enhances the cultural experience through exclusive digital content such as curator commentary, behind-the-scenes videos, and interactive guides. Dedicated tools support educators and families with access to age-appropriate educational materials and simplified planning features. By combining user-centered design with cultural accessibility, MUZEO turns a museum visit into a connected, inspiring journey—before, during, and long after leaving the building.

Branding

  • MUZEO distills the museum experience into a smooth, intuitive journey—connecting people with culture through technology. It’s about bridging tradition with modern convenience, turning visits to museums into accessible, enriching, and inspiring moments for everyone.

  • SAGE

MUZEO communicates with the voice of a modern, wise guide—informed, curious, but never distant or intimidating. It's smart, but never arrogant. It combines the authority of a cultural expert with the warmth of a helpful companion.

    • Knowledgeable rooted in the art world, with expert content and curated insights.

    • Approachable friendly tone, intuitive design, accessible features.

    • Modern responsive, digital-first, with up-to-date tools for organising and enhancing visits.

    • Inclusive whether you're an art lover, parent, teacher or curious visitor, MUZEO speaks to you.
